Pierre-Alexandre Klein co-founded Hackistan, literally “Land for smart solutions”, an open-cooperative that aims at Saving the World by emancipating and connecting a diversity of talents and boosting projects with impact on society and the environment.

On top of individuals, this integrated ecosystem includes different stakeholders such as public actors, companies, NGOs and Foundations.

Hackistanis citizens build batteries based on bacteria that “eat” waste, they work on biodegradble clothes, on mushroom that rehabilitate soils and on more efficient food distribution platforms: their application spectrum encompasses biology, social empowerment and digital apps.

As a neuroscientist and entrepreneur, he is working on different projects, all related to four main pillars: politics, media, innovation and education.
